We had the perfect stay. Upon arrival the home was so clean and we really appreciated the slippers and water bottles provided. The beds were very comfortable and there was so much space for everyone. We had so much fun using the pool and the basketball court. The yoga room was also very peaceful. There was not anything to critique that I can think of. We had a wonderful time over all. Thank you again.

It has every amenity you could possibly need, and it's clear that every detail was thoughtfully designed with comfort, entertaining, and spending quality time together in mind. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days, and the main kitchen and dining area is simply stunning—the perfect space to gather with family. We also loved the seamless Control4 smart home system, which made controlling the lights, music, and other features incredibly easy and intuitive throughout our stay. Every space feels luxurious yet welcoming, and the attention to detail is remarkable. This is one of those rare homes that is even more impressive in person than in the photos. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend!

We rented this house from our very friendly host. The house is in a terrific location, quiet and with amazing views over Pacific Palisades and the beach. We love the area, including the house’s proximity to Palisades Village.
The house is spacious and allows for 10 guests at a time. It has all the amenities that we needed – a large, well equipped kitchen, a digital control system, large bathrooms, office space, fire places and much more. It is a friendly, elegant house that made us feel at home immediately.
Our host was always accessible and responsive. From time to time and in agreement with us, he worked from a well separated office at the entrance to the property, which made it feel like we had a concierge service at all times.
We have rented places before, and this house is LA at its best.

Floresta Estate is a pristine and very spacious home, beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining. Great TVs, sound system, and smart home features. Nice views with a mountain backdrop. Pacific Palisades is a lovely area with a cute village – centrally located with convenient access to all the best that LA has to offer. We enjoyed the home immensely and hope to return.

We had an amazing stay at the 1423 Floresta house and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is very spacious, with excellent facilities. The owner (very attentive) is very handy at fixing anything that goes wrong. We will be back.

The Home was amazingly beautiful and we utilized the whole space for a commercial shoot. Great communication with owner of the house. Location can be used for any situation for filming, Parking was great. Would recommend 10/10.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous home and would do it again in a heartbeat — from the moment we arrived I was struck by the peaceful setting and serene atmosphere. The house itself is airy, spacious, and bright, with tastefully modern and comfortable furnishings throughout.
One of my favorite features was the outdoor space, which is simply stunning and well cared for.
The patio is a perfect place to relax in the sunshine and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding canyon and ocean, while the hot tub was a wonderful way to unwind after a day of hiking or exploring the Palisades village. The citrus trees and flowers around the property were an added bonus to make the place truly feel like a garden oasis. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, and the bedrooms are cozy and inviting with plush bedding and plenty of closet space.
Overall, we couldn’t have been more delighted with our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and beautiful vacation rental.

The hillside retreat allows for peace and quiet and amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. 1423 Floresta Place offers the family everything needed to enjoy the Palisades lifestyle. With room for everyone to have their own space and an open plan for dining and entertaining, Floresta is a true place to call home. Floresta has been a very enjoyable place for our family to live.
